Negatief: Personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Let’s start with Check-in.
The person at the reception was very courteous provided me the key.
When I went to the room, my key card did not work. I went down the elevator and when informed, they said maybe the battery on the door card reader needs to be changed. They quickly provided me a different room.
The room was pretty old and dated. It requires renovation. But I got a CN tower view which was appreciated.
The light on the entrance was the only light apart from the bathroom light which was easy accessible. It took me 10 mins to figure out how to switch on other lights. Atleast have a master switch or easy accessible switches.
The phone was dirty and dusty. Looked like it hasn’t seen a duster not a sanitizer.
The shampoo and conditioner smelt great. I loved it. The bathroom was clean.
The pillows were very soft for my preference. Once I laid my head, it became flat as a pancake. I used 3 pillows. Overall I did not have a comfortable sleep.
Breakfast was the worst.. the quality, service and selection. Limited options.
Will not visit again.
