'The place was just adequate. Staff usually were nowhere to be seen. We had to ask for towels, trash was not emptied and rooms were not cleaned during our 4 day stay. The breakfast was just adequate. '

'This hotel needs a dramatic remodel. Cracked tile and worn carpet were evident throughout. While the handicapped bathroom was easy for a wheelchair to maneuver, the sink was very small and the plumbing leaked in the shower.'

'The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.'

'I have stayed at this hotel for several years until 2 years ago. Now, I find that it has completely gone downhill. There are homeless people living in the hotel. On my most last 3 stays this year, I experienced a mouse crawling up my pant leg, a roch crawling on the shower curtain, wall paper torn on the wall, light bulb missing in the lamp and fabric torn of the chair. During my first visit this year none of the ice machines worked. During my most recent visit on 4/5/26, there where people...

Apparently one is required to specifically request it in check in which is something I have never experienced in all my travels In addition it was impossible to get a plain cup of coffee out of the common coffee dispenser in the lobby.
