'Our visit didn't start out well. We got there at 5:30pm. The lobby was not air conditioned, it was hotter in there then outside. We were then told our room was not ready and they didn't know when it would be ready. When I said check in was at 3, I was told check in 'starts at 3'. We waited about 30 minutes with 3 kids under 10 when I went back to the desk to ask if our room was ready and thank goodness it was! 'I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The mattress was old and badly indented, making it feel like I was sinking into it. The pillows were also very uncomfortable. I personally went to the front desk and asked for extra pillows. They told me they would deliver them to my room, but they never did. On top of that, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant odor that made the stay even less enjoyable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are much better places to stay.'
