'The worst hotel experience! Very dirty, mold in corners, mice scat everywhere! Mice chewed through my snacks on counter. The vent in bathroom and heater/AC vent both full of lint, as if not cleaned in months. roaches hiding in bathroom. Signs everywhere for 250$ smokers cleaning fee and the room already reeks of cigarette smoke from other rooms. The continental breakfast was very lame, just bread for toast and cereal. coffee and juice. Also windows very outdated, children could easily fall out.'

'the elevator was out and they gave me two rooms on the sixth floor. This is after waiting in the lobby for over an hour while the staff ignored everyone waiting to check in. they told me the elevator has been out for over a week and they don't expect it will be fixed soon.'

'I normally dont give bad reviews. This location can use some upgrades. I stayed here 10 years ago when i was participating in a job training for 6 weeks. I was impressed and enjoyed ever week. But now i stayed 1 DAY and indoor swimming pool was white. I didnt let my kids get in. The room had an bad odor like an old apartment. '

'Wgen i made thr reaervation I called the hotel and they assured me the pool would be in operation during my stay. Upon arrival with two children that we eager to swim, the staff informed me that the pool was not yet open for the season. We were very disappointed and had to quicly find another alternative with a working pool.'

'This hotel needs a dramatic remodel. Cracked tile and worn carpet were evident throughout. While the handicapped bathroom was easy for a wheelchair to maneuver, the sink was very small and the plumbing leaked in the shower.'

'Hotel lobby and room were clean, well-decorated. I enjoyed the heated pool and the breakfast was delicious with several options: eggs, waffles, sausage, hash browns, grits, cereal and breads. Great location, easy to get to Inner Harbor. Nearby Wawa is great for drinks, snacks and gas. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. '

'Very nice management who were welcoming and also recommended a great place for dinner. My room was large and comfy. I slept so well. Breakfast was good. Coffee was GREAT. I highly recommend this place. '
