« Chambres propres, petit dèj inclu. Un peu de bruit toutefois mais il faut dire que beaucoup de personnes victimes de la tornade étaient relogées ici donc on ne va pas faire les difficiles; Situé en bord d'autoroute donc facile d'accès mais avec l'inconvénient du trafic... Hôtel recommandable. »

« This stay was a disappointment. The facility needs updates and thorough cleaning. Furniture in our room was stained, torn, or frayed. The carpet had been vacuumed, but not cleaned for a long time: walking barefoot or stocking foot left the soles of our clean feet or socks nearly black! Pillows are beyond wimpy! So are the towels. Bathroom counter was scarred. Listed hours for swimming pool were 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, but it was closed in the morning until AFTER 10:30 AM for DAILY cleaning! ...

« We were greeted by the nicest woman when we entered the door! She truly made us feel welcomed and important! Our room was beautiful and very close to the indoor pool and hot tub and also the dining room which had a great buffet breakfast! I will definitely be telling my friends and family about this establishment! The Hotel Grand Victorian is a beautiful place to stay! »
