« My husband and I are early risers, and we have come to expect having fresh-brewed coffee available in the lobby, if not all the time, then in the breakfast area prior to breakfast at 7:00. There was a coffee maker in the room but only one packet of regular coffee. The second day. I knew to ask for more coffee packets at the desk. Otherwise, we enjoyed the beautiful lobby and the room with the fireplace where we could play games with our granddaughter. We also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel...

« Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...

« Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« Bed bugs. The staff didn’t believe us. My husband flung it off before I could take a picture of the bug. There were tiny blood stains on the mattress cover and what looked like eggs under the mattress. The staff will likely not do anything about this so beware staying here. I had to go buy trash bags to keep all of our things sealed in the car and then treat everything on high heat in the dryer as soon as we got home. »

« The floor in our room was so dirty that we had to wash our feet before we got into bed. The rest seemed fairly clean. The lady that checked us in was awesome, but the next morning when our key wouldn't let us in the breakfast room the lady was a bit cranky. So it was an ok visit. »

« Fabulous! Lodge was cute and loaded with stuff to do! Staff was incredibly kind and accommodations were clean and adorable! »

« It is an older building. Though the cleanliness, staff and breakfast are worth booking a stay here. The pool area is nice as is the patio area. »
