'Great price, very clean, quiet, all new condition; great location. If you are one person without a car it would be hard to beat. But, even for just two people, almost everything had at least one significant issue. Parking is a big negative: street is best but very hard to find and look for hours when paid parking starts/ends; be ready to park late and move the car early in the morning. The rooms are small and tight, even two people have a hard time keeping out of each others way and any moving...

'This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back '

'Nice and clean private room. Some minor issues, and this is a Keurig thing, but the coffee pot in the room and in the main living area need "descaling" and didn't work well. I also had to dump the main kitchen garbage even after the cleaning people came. Great location, but I was warned in advance about the off-street parking; drove around one time for 45 minutes to find a parking spot two blocks away. '
