« The A/C in our room was either super cold or too hot. When I turned it off it wouldn’t shut down it would continue to blow cold air. I had to turn on the heater to warm the room up but would make it muggy and again I had to turn on the A/C. Very uncomfortable. Front desk advised but they offered to move us to a different room which would’ve been inconvenient. »

« We stayed in this hotel for seven days in April 2026 and we had a wonderful time visiting with family. The room was excellent and the staff was so friendly all the time and the breakfast was excellent. We had enough of a selection that we didn’t get bored with breakfast. We could have biscuits and gravy one day and waffle or yogurt the next day, danish, etc. and also the pool and the hot tub were amazing in the evenings we used it every night. I sure do miss it now that I am back at home....

« Front Desk tried to charge for early check in. When I call it was $50 and when I arrived she said $25. I got it waived but feel this was inappropriate. We stay at Hampton Inns all over the US and never had that situation. »
