« The doors to enter the unit, bathrooms and bedroom doors would not open or close properly. The door that gets you into the unit has been stripped of wood in some places, which didn't make us feel safe. The hot water on the main floor didn't work.. The place is in a central location and has been updated; however, the essentials of door closures, hot water, was very disappointing. »

« Overall pleased with the property. Good alternative to Statesboro hotels when you need more than one guest room. One item to be aware of is that residents within the property do not keep the atrium door locked (I locked it on multiple occasions to return to the door unlocked) - we did not have any issues but just know that the front door may be your only line of security. »

« This is our 3rd time staying at this unit. Convenient location, great parking and roomy interior spaces. The unit could use a couple additional lamps and the upstairs bedroom would benefit from blackout curtains. »

« This is a neat property. It was a perfect location for our trip. Easy walk for coffee, breakfast, dining, etc. We enjoyed a walk to the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morning. It was such a treat! »

« Overall it was a great experience, host was quick to respond to all questions. It was well kept and clean but there were some areas in the drywall that you could tell the building had settled and caused cracks and peeling, also the screen on the porch door was missing. We really enjoyed our time there. »

« The property was in remodel phase and was not ready to receive guests the bed was made but when I pulled back the comforter the sheets we’re all wrinkled like it had been slept in. The tub was 3 different colors like the workmen weren’t finished. The floor beside the tub was patched but didn’t appear to be finished be made ,toilet seat broken , dual vanity sinks were difficult to look at , looked like they were purchased at a rummage sale several colors and I never did see the thermostat. « Grocery store and coffee shop one block away and many sights were in walking distance. House was very clean and maintained. »

« Beautifully restored condo in great neighborhood. Nice front porch & back sitting area. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you could need. We purposely wanted to stay in that area to go to some of the neighborhood’s great restaurants & bars. All very fun & trendy. We know the area is a bit of a transitioning neighborhood but at no time did we feel unsafe. Host was very friendly & quick to respond. Would love to stay again. »
