I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

« I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service! »
