« The hotel was in a great location downtown. Walking distance from tons of restaurants. They had a supply closet with items like toothpaste, tissues, razors etc for free which came in handy. They provided us a code to enter the building and a code for our room so there was no in person check in process which was nice. They were extremely helpful and responsive over text. I would definitely stay here again! »

« Everything was good. The reason I have a poor review for the amenities. Is because they pool wasn't working and the TV had connection restrictions on it. The only reason I booked was because of the pool. I recommend the Hoilday Inn express in Lancaster Ohio. My daughter's room was there. So much better for less a night. »

« Loved the outside patio! A couple restaurants within walking distance. Deidra at the front desk was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to help us with our special request. Hotel is lucky to have her. Thanks for a great stay! »

« Very nice hotel and the grounds are beautiful. Very different to navigate around the place. Room size was good, sliding door didn't lock,sink and tub not drained properly. We were there 3 days and still didn't find the lounge or where to get a meal from. »
