'Awful smell in room '

'The television did not work on arrival, and it took the staff person 3 hours to come fix it. The was no microwave in the room, no coffee pot, and there was no breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning at 7:30 am when we left. Our key card quit working and I had to make 3 trips to the office and it still never worked again. The staff person was terribly unhelpful! I had to wait outside my room for a 1/2 hour because my husband was in the shower and couldn’t hear me knocking over the fan in...

'Had a poor experience at this hotel. I picked the hotel because I was getting in late to the airport and knew I would want dinner. Their website showed their on-site restaurant was open until 11:00pm. I arrived at 10:30 and was told the restaurant was closed at 10pm. They said it's only open until 11:00 pm on the weekends.
