'Our room was clean, however there was a mildew y smell from the carpet and the sofa. I asked the main desk for air freshener, which they provided, which helped. The front office staff at night was not particularly welcoming, but the ladies who were on duty During the day were very helpful. '

'We stayed overnight before our flight and parked at the hotel for the duration of our trip. When we came home, we called for the hotel shuttle as instructed. We were told the shuttle would leave the hotel at 7:30 and pick us up at 7:37. We were in place waiting for him by 7:25. At 7:45 I called the hotel and was told we'd missed him and he'd be back at 8:11. There's no way we missed him -- he just didn't come. Person at the front desk was no help. 'It was a good value for the money spent. We were surprised to find out it was a motel when we arrived - nothing in the listing indicated that, we were expecting a hotel. But the room was reasonably clean (some spots on linens, sticky remote) and the free breakfast was very nice (waffles, sausage, eggs, assorted pastries and cereals). '

'Overall, I had a great stay. I was there for the Bearcats tournament. My first time staying and the aesthetics were lovely. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and extremely polite. The breakfast area view was relaxing. I enjoyed a drink and dinner at the bar also. The only negative was a small amount of mold on the shower curtain. I would definitely stay again!'
