I booked this suite for a very special evening that required extensive setup and privacy. Upon checking in and staging my room, I discovered both the bathtub and the jetted tub were completely filthy, covered in grime and debris.
When I brought this to the front desk, the staff was unhelpful and unpleasant. Their only solutions were to move me (after I had already spent time setting up) or give me a refund and tell me to go elsewhere. Because I was on a strict timeline, I was forced to tell them I would clean it myself.
To make matters worse, while I was away, the staff ignored my explicit instructions and entered my room without permission to 're-clean.' When I called to address this privacy violation, they hung up on me. Even after their unauthorized entry, the bathtub remained absolutely filthy, making it unusable for the duration of our stay. This hotel lacks basic cleanliness and has zero respect for guest privacy. Save your money and go elsewhere.
