Cottages in Zuid-New Hampshire

'“Cozy”—accurate description, kind of tight inside. Host was extremely responsive, replaced broken toaster, but could not get microwave fixed during days we were there (part delivered, but it didn’t fit). Perhaps it was growth spurt due to weather, but weeds had really popped up in lawn. Hot humid weather while we were there, but minisplit HVAC handled it.'

'Everything felt nearby, quiet area, beautiful view, comfortable setting'

'This was a beautiful property only 6min away from the beach! It was about a 10min walk to the boardwalk. It was definitely the perfect location.'

'This was such a cute place in a great location for Hampton Beach. Cleaner, quieter area that was away from the craziness but close to the beach. The setup of the home was great with the two bedrooms, pullout couch and extra beds. Lots of extra linens, towels, utensils, appliances - everything you probably need and a full-size fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer! We came on some extremely hot days and the portable ac did a great job cooling the place down. The place was extremely clean. The...

'Jim was a great host very friendly and welcoming, the cabin is in the perfect spot on the lake and we were able to see a fireworks show directly on the dock, thank you !'

'This was a very poor experience. We had no water for shower, and no water in kitchen sink. We checked in late at night, got up to take showers, and weren't able to do so because there was no water. Left a message reporting the problem, and then we were told that we should have spoke to him to have him fix the problem...

'Well designed and maintained property. We enjoyed the little touches like the automatic nightlights and heater in bathroom. Wish we could have spent more time here but we attended the Deerfield fair. Highly recommended. '

'Very nice well kept and a great location to Monadnock Hospital.'

'Have more toilet paper in the house. . There was only 3 partial rolls. The house was wonderful just wish the weather was better. Thank you. '

'The location was awesome..a short walk to beach, shops, & restaurants. We had a parking spot in driveway which was a plus. The host Gary was a great guy and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. My husband Bill, dog (Ben), and I had a fun 4 night stay in Hampton Beach.'
