'We were not aware that the outside pool would be closed on 90 degree weather. The room was clean ish. The curtains were stained there was dirt and hair behind the toilet when we came in. We didnt have a trash can or even a trash bag in our room. The staff was very friendly but i was very disappointed about the cleanliness and the fact that my daughter was so excited to swim outside and it was closed.'

'This is not a resort. In addition the name is deceptive to the real Omni White mountain which is real resort. The Jacuzzi was closed,the outdoor pool was not heated enough to enjoy it,and the sauna was worm. The room was nice although the maid left the hand held shower facing the outside so once I opened the water I got cold water to my face. Breakfast is on the cart serving orange juice from concentrate but otherwise was good you can only select one option. As said I couldn't find anything to...

'The room was very clean and super cute. We had a ski cabin themed room, very aesthetically pleasing. Check-in was very quick and it was perfect for a stay for a day or two to explore the area! Located very conveniently near Main Street. '

'Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. The rooms have all recently been redone very clean. In general the vibe is old school traditional roadside motel but when you go in your room it’s up to date and the back deck outside your room opens up to a lovely yard with a nice pool and they have lots of fireside/lawn toys to keep you occupied. I would definitely stay here again'
