Villa's in South San Diego

'For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided.'

'The host was very helpful and accommodating. The place was excellent, and very close to downtown and the beaches that we wanted to visit.We will definitely stay at this place again next time we are in town.'

'The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed.'
