'All the staff was great. Jessica in particular was a joy. Great location & beautiful facility. Only issue that I meant to bring to the attention of the staff was that the shower tended to leak & puddle on the floor at there was no rubber guard on the bottom of the door. '

'Nice facility located in walkable neighborhood. No amenities, but it is a boutique facility afterall. Have stayed once before and will use again. I think that it's best features are room size and shower. I rate them a solid five stars on those features. '

'Breakfast was available but we did not take advantage. The room didn't inspire much confidence in the food. On first arriving in room 313 we couldn't even open our door all the way bc it collided with a closet/cabinet placed immediately behind it. The two beds were fine, no pillowcases. Outlets were very loose and several did not work to plug devices into. The toilet was cramped with little space to move and folding doors that didn't completely close. 'TownePlace is a solid chain. Love the amount of space and comfort these rooms have to offer. This particular hotel in Brooklyn is new (so the price it probably going to quadruple in the next month). The breakfast here was also a much welcomed part of stay. Looking forward to staying here again if the situation arises! '
