'Everything was great'

'Breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious, just small selection. Rooms were clean, pool area was busy and people weren't following rules with glass bottles but hotel employees didn't confront violaters. There was hair in the pool. But there was clean towels available at all times. There is no elevator to get luggage upstairs. All employees were friendly except one front desk personal. Stay was fun, but experience could have been better!'

'The hotel itself was ok. There are definitely signs of age, such as some stains on a lampshade and some imperfections on the bathroom ceiling. Our room had a musty smell. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable. But for a 1 night stay, it was livable. We had a very loud family as neighbors. The walls are paper thin and the doors are extremely loud. Can’t control, this and it’s not the hotel’s fault. My husband got two items out of the snack vending machines, a snack bar and a can of soda,...

'They initially had us in a 2nd floor room, but we're able to switch to ground floor room as I can't do the stairs. In that regard they were very accommodating. The bedding and towels were very clean, but the floor was filthy and the soap/shampoo/conditioner containers empty. I notified the front desk who said they would tell housekeeping. No problem as they were not expecting to put us in that room. But after 4 days...floor still filthy, no soap, shampoo or conditioner. Also weird that...
