'I liked that they have a pool. I didn’t like that the pool was closed down. I rented that room so my grandchildren could go swimming. They were all ready to swim and disappointment on their faces almost made me cry. They should have their advertising state that the pool is closed. I paid good money to swim and sleep and to have this happen, a real disappointment!!'

'We appreciated the convenient location to our event. Easy check in and the room was clean and freshly painted. Parking right outside our door. Nice new bedding and towels. Hard working staff. We would stay again when in the area.'

'Everything was good except for person next door to me that set alarm early that sounded like a 4 alarm fire. Very, very sound sleeper? Pressed snooze button and went off a few more times. Very annoying!'

'Quiet. Clean.'

'Nette en schone kamers. Geldt voor het hotel in zijn algemeenheid. '

'There was nothing unique about that place except it was smelly, dirty, unkept, and your staff, what a joke. I would never in this lifetime recommend your services for what you advertise on your website is nothing but a lie. Then not to refund for the place having a cockroach problem, hole in the tub, uncleaned rooms, and sub -par service. (The staff) and really you asked me to change the rating? After everything you have already done to myself and my workers. Customers beware'

'Loved the warm pool and hot tub. Room was clean besides the blood stain on a sheet. Breakfast was very simple, yogurt, cereal, sausage patty’s and egg patty’s. The pool table and several other games were out of order, kind of a bummer.'

'great'

'I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Wausau! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. My room was comfortable and spotless, making it easy to relax. Thank you to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again!'
