'Merci pour ce très joli hébergement, propre et très fonctionnel. Petit bémol sur le chauffage : nous avons eu froid malgré les chaufferettes. Peut-être chauffer avant l’arrivée d’un hôte ? Cependant, bravo pour la décoration, on s’y sent bien.'

'It is a small place on the 17th of an apartment building. Perfect for a solotraveler or a couple. All the amenities you need. Supermarkets and restaurants in the neighbourhood. It is not the pretty part of Paris, but the metro is at 5 minutes. Host lives in the same building and is helpful.'

'It was a very very clean and a bright studio. Everything went as they said. Key pick up and drop off very easy. Even though it was hot, fan was great. Nice bathroom but I did not find shampoo as I believe was stated. Kitchen had everything but I only found one plate. It was fine cause it was just me. Also could not find another garbage bag when the one was full. Just a couple of suggestions to make it perfect.Everything you needed was in the neighborhood. It was also very quiet.Many farmers...

'Perfect pied-a-terre to explore Paris from. Metro is a block away and great bakery and restaurants down the street. It is a true Parisian neighborhood and Stephane had many suggestions about the area and what to see in Paris. We had a wonderful stay. '

'The accommodation is centrally located for visiting cultural institutions and interesting neighborhoods in the center of Paris. The facilities in the apartment are decent, but not complete. There is no possibility to hang coats. The kitchen has some unusable, but also some correct pans available for induction cooking. We did not cook, because the area has excellent dining options. We did not miss the fact that there was no TV, but we missed the opportunity to listen to music (radio). We found...

'Goeie plek om een paar dagen te verblijven. Gezellige buurt en mooi centraal gelegen. Heerlijk om met mooi weer uit te blazen op het zonnige terras. Verhuurster is service gericht en ontvangst was goed geregeld. Foto's kloppen met realiteit. Sanitair was schoon. Alles goed verzorgd!'

'The most perfect location with a fresh market across the street, a great place to enjoy coffee, baguettes and of course croissants!!! I stayed in this flat with my wife, 5, 8, 10, year old boys. And also my mother in law!!! It was comfortable for all of us.. France took a piece of our hearts and we will always be back '

' Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at the Family Duplex. More than enough space for our family. The location was just perfect and we enjoyed exploring the local community. Pierre and Sophie were fantastic hosts. Would highly recommend. '

A bit of a problem with the property not being ready at the promised check in time, but it was resolved and the host was lovely and communicative after that. 'Quartier très calme et sûr, à 10 minutes à pied de la Rue Daguerre, typique et animée. La station de métro est proche et très pratique. L'appartement présente quelques défauts de finition (interrupteurs, fenêtres, ustensiles de cuisine) et certaines finitions, notamment dans la salle de bain, pourraient être améliorées, mais il offre néanmoins un excellent rapport qualité-prix.'

'Fun area! We didn’t spend much time in the unit… but it was a good space to chill at the end is a busy day, with a lot of food & cafe options around!Steven was very helpful and responsive when we sent questions! '

'Perfect location. Short ealk to Metro and Place D'Italie. From there you can get anywhere. Nightlife all around. Playground fior kids across the street. Rrally great place, just be ready for the stairs. Not many elevators in Paris. We would stay there again.'

"Reading reviews did help afterall, as it’s really a little hipiffied renovated Comfort inn! Although the front desk lady was very friendly, the first doors front were in bad shape, the elevator smeery, then in my room quite some things broken or very flimsy. The room was large and everything quite clean, and it didn’t feel bad, although too much cleaning chemical smell, which went away when opened window. But there was mold in the shower and the bathroom was just badly renovated and painted to cover the old hotel. In my range of Paris this would get a 7,5 at most, just because the room and bed were clean, but the state and bathroom def bring the score down."
