'Great space to relax in while you're in Nice! Less than 10 min walk from the train station, less than 30 mins walk to the beach, proximity to several local restaurants, grocery storesand boulangerie. Super helpful to have washing machine, useable kitchen and portable air conditioner. Marie had impeccable response time and was very informative for any questions we had. Also big help was the elevator!!'

'The need to receive the keys and return them at a different location (a 20 minute walk in each direction) was a nuisance. The property location was perfect..a quiet lane and pleasant stroll to the Promenade. The balcony and the nearby grocery store were nice as well.'

'Excellent location for an apartment in Nice. Walkable to the train station, beach, and tram lines. The check-in/out process was seamless and the host was very responsive. They use an app that makes the stay very easy. The space was very clean when we arrived with basic supplies such as dish soap and toilet paper.
