  • NEVADA SUITE is a very cozy studio located just 4 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches.



    The refined and colorful decoration, you will enjoy this apartment and your stay in Nice. The colored keys of the living room give a lot of vitality to the main room.

    The apartment has a free WIFI connection by fiber optic and air conditioning.



    Located in the center of Nice, you will find in less than 10 minutes walk the pedestrian street, its many shops and restaurants, Place Masséna, the famous avenue Jean Médecin and its shops and the Old Nice where you will discover all the specialties local.

Mitten unter studentischen und einheimischen Gefilde, weg vom Mainstream !Musste allerdings etwas weiter laufen um den Schlüssel zu holen, so wie auch zurückzu bringen !Bei viel Gepäck, und hohen Temperaturen, ist es schon anstrengend, es sei , denn,man leistet sich ein Taxi !Ansonsten, sehr gerne wieder !

The accommodation was in a good location for us. Near the beach and short walk to town. It was quiet where it was. Well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, lovely balcony. It was perfect for us thank you The mugs in the kitchen hadn’t been cleaned the person before us had left them dirty but this want a problem to us

Alt aber in Ordnung

Was soll ich sagen. Ein altes Haus, so wie es halt fast in ganz Nizza ist. Die Küche extra war fein. Hätte ein bisschen renoviert werden können. Aber im großen und ganzen war es in Ordnung.

Great host. Very responsive. Location was very convenient, only 3-5 min walk to the beach and bus stops. There are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, pastries, and grocery stores within minutes of walking. It has a strong AC in the main area (bedroom) making it very comfy during a heat wave. The area is very quite at night, and it's not too noisy during the day. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. It has a nice balcony wherewe could hang dry our clothes. It has a nice patio table-chair set which we didn't use due to the heat wave. The unit was very clean, inlcuding the bathroom, kitchen, and main area. We did caught and eliminated a small cockroach that was crawling around the 1st night and never seen another insect inside for the rest of our 2 weeks stay. I guess it's quite normal in the summer. Perhaps due to the age of the building, the plumbing in the bathroom occationally produced and unpleasant sewage smell. It was not constant so it was ok. The bedframe was not completely leveled and had a small angle in the middle. Hopefully the host can adjust it. Other than the small nuisances the unit was a great stay for us. We would recommend it to others and would rent from the same host again when we visit Nice again.

Great location and cute apartment

This was our 3 rd year to rent this apartment in Nice. Location and convenience are terrific. Ease of dealing with N&J staff very good. The apartment is comfortable and serves our needs. However some of the finishes and furniture are showing wear. Peeling wallpaper, loose and wobbly shower head in the bathroom are examples. But generally we are extremely pleased and hope to return again. See above.

The need to receive the keys and return them at a different location (a 20 minute walk in each direction) was a nuisance. The property location was perfect..a quiet lane and pleasant stroll to the Promenade. The balcony and the nearby grocery store were nice as well.

Great location

We rented this apartment for two months. It’s location was perfect; close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The property managers Nestor & Jeeves are terrific. They provided an app that has all the information for the apartment, check-in/check-out. They were great and quick to respond wit any questions we had. We would definitely return and stay here.

Perfect Budget stay in Nice

We did really enjoy our stay and would love to come back again. The location of the apartment was very convenient. It is very close to the beach and in a walking distance to the train station, old town and port area as it is advertised. The only problem during our stay was the construction work on the street, and we had some inconvenience due to noise. However, it is not related to the apartment itself. Except the noise we enjoyed our stay so much. Thank you for your hospitality.
