The apartment is located 7 minutes from the central station of Nice and tram (chrono in hand), and 15 minutes from Nice airport by car (30 minutes by bus).

Access :
- Acces by train: central train station, or tram stop "gare Thier"
- Acces by bus: stop "gare routiere" + take the tram direction Nice Nord "Henri Sappia".
- Acces by car, by the "voie Mathis", exit "Cimiez".
