'Things I liked: 2 full bathrooms, central location, AC, 4 full size beds, kitchenette, early luggage drop-off, washer/dryer, great natural light in 1 bathroom, provided: a fan, hairdryer, iron/board, microwave, toaster, cofeepot/pods, and usb charger wall plugins (did not need adapter) Things I did not like: 1) I assume the pictures are of unit 1,2,3&4 because my unit did not look like most of the photos. 'My mistake was I didn't read the check in instructions super carefully, so I it did make check in more frustrating! The instructions are especially difficult to miss on expedia - but note there are specific hours when you can pick up the keys. Also, the instructions also say it's the 2nd last door on the left, when it is in fact the last door on the left. On to the room - it was fine, serviceable for what we needed. 'Excellent location and clean apartment'

'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

'Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.'

'Nice, clean apartment in an excellent location. After hours check in charges are steep. Internet did not work for 5 of our 7 day stay. Host was non-responsive through WhatsApp, which they had told us to use to communicate problems. Communication of the issue through Expedia was slow and did not resolve the issue. We had expected/needed internet access for work during the trip and were disappointed to have to search for that access off premises.'
