'Excellent location, cosy room. Very clean.'

'Goed schoon & zonder poes pas'

'Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer.

'Lived the hotel. Super clean and very friendly staff. Would love to stay again. The only down side to the hotel was the parking garage. It was extremely difficult to get ur car out of the garage and small. While getting our car out of the garage we damaged both sides of the rims because of the space of the garage was so small and tight. But the rest was wonderful.'

'They didnt give the hotels.com vip member upgrade plus late check out. Also had to ask myself for the vip drink… steaming sauna not working. Otherwise it would been perfect score.'

'The apartment was clean, spacious, well decorated, and equipped with everythign you'll need, the service by Claire Lavaud... impeccable!, everyday we had a wonderful breakfast with bread and pastries from a true 'boulanger', everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located near porte d'Orlean metro station, M4 line, and you can from there easily go to all the main touristic area of Paris without the need to change lines. No doubt that we will book Maison Lavaud again for our next...

'Perfect breakfast; renovated room; clean an good beds. One remark: showerhead could not be adjusted at height because it was lame.'

'Schone kamer.

'Proper en goed ontbijt'

'Nicest and most helpful staff, perfect location, lovely rooms and the rooftop is a nice surprise! Will definitely stay here next time. '

'Stayed in room on very top floor. Please note: The top floor is roughly 20 steps up on a narrow, curving staircase. The host was kind enough to carry my bags to the top for me. Thank YOU! The room was smaller than it appears in pictures. However it was fully equipped as advertised. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. The kitchen was clean, neat and prepared for cooking. Bathroom was clean and functional. Sunny, airy and quiet. The hotel is located in between two Metro stops for easy access around...

'I had.a short stay, and all was well. The bathroom was a bit small to manoeuvre around, but otherwise the room was big enough and the bed was surprisingly wide for 1 person. There was a nice seating area downstairs with coffee and water all day, and a very good breakfast buffet in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful.'
