« The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. « I needed to come down to Tempe for an interview on Tuesday. I live in Kingman. Steve at Ryan Villa, was beyond my wildest expectation. Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven. I was so grateful to find this place. Much better than a hotel stay. Thank you, Ryan for having such. »

« Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally.
