'The staff was rude, They couldn’t find my booking reservation when.finally found it. I reserved 3 rooms and they only gave 2 keys and the third one was gave it to me close to 10 pm. Very disappointed'

'Convenient to the airport. Staff assigned Expedia room next to elevator. Staff did not coordinate between shifts causing problem with face-to-face extension of stay from day prior.'

'Older hotel but pretty clean, staff extremely friendly. Hot water is not great nor were the pillows. Housekeeping does not come every day but you can still get more towels etc… Internet goes in and out but plenty of parking and really close to airport.'

The gal at the window was nice but, the room I had reserved stunk when I open the door and is got worse from there. after looking it over, I said to myself- 'no way' and I do not consider myself all that picky. 'The staff is lazy, we had to call 5 times for a shuttle, they wouldnt even answer the phone. Old dirty pair of mens socks left in our room, front desk Nathan said, o sorry it hapoens all the time, had to wait an hour for towels, went to desk for towels and was told no, we had to wait at room. For 200 bucks a night, service was horrible. Won't be returning.'

'the lady at the counter was rude. The girls in the room next to us were very loud, I believe there was a party going on. So we went back to the lobby and want another room. The lady at the lobby said to us: “well, you are from another country, so you are not used to that”. Really?! We eventually got a new room but this is not the way to treat hotel guests'

'The room was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyed having a view of the sunrise and sunset... Sabrina at the front desk was a charm to deal with, really will miss her, she was very professional, extremely friendly, made you feel welcome as you were part of the family... The breakfast was wonderful and so were the dinners we ordered, cooked really well and the staff were very helpful when ordering... Enjoyed having front row parking due to my 93 year old Mom can't walk far... We will stay at this...
