Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I saw the '2-star hotel' designation in the Expedia listing, but it's usually ok. I've traveled a lot, although I'm getting old and spoiled. I pulled into the parking lot. The place looks like a dump, hard to figure out where the office is. I drove around looking for it, and there were a bunch of people smoking in the parking lot behind it. I went into the lobby, where it looked and smelled old and gross, and reluctantly got checked in. Drove back to my room past the suspect teenage cigarette smokers and opened my door to a scent not unlike a hospital. Harsh cleaners had ground the grime away in this room for decades, and you know that there'd been grime, because the lingering scent of it was right below the cleaner smell. It was just really run-down and smelly. I ended up just going to the lobby and telling them I wouldn't be staying there, and requesting my money back from Expedia.
