'Hoewel wij in eerste instantie positief waren omdat de kamer er mooi uit zag en bedden prima waren, zijn wij, na de nacht doorgebracht te hebben, bijzonder teleurgesteld. De herrie die in eerste instantie alleen veroorzaakt werd door de ronkende vrachtwagens (met koeling e.d.) naast het complex, werd oorverdovend bij het gebruik van de airco. Geen oog dichtgedaan! Niets hielp! Oordopjes hadden geen effect. Airco uit kon niet ivm de hoge temperatuur, daarbij komt nog dat de vrachtauto’s constant...

'Kamer was prima, de ontvangst was super vriendelijk maar bij de check-out was het heel wat minder. Ontbijt stelde héél weinig voor, zelfs geen water ter beschikking. In onze 3 weken durende vakantie was hier het minst scorende ontbijt. Jammer! '

'Love the retro vibe of this hotel! Seems recently remodeled, so everything was clean and fresh, but finishes looked pretty cheap/hasty. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Pool was nice and warm, and staff was super friendly! Love that it has a secure parking lot.'

'Convenient to the airport. Staff assigned Expedia room next to elevator. Staff did not coordinate between shifts causing problem with face-to-face extension of stay from day prior.'

'This is our 3rd stay at this property and the experience is consistently fantastic!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has always been fresh and the choices are great!! Two of our visits were holiday weekends and even though it appeared the place was full I didn’t hear anyone above us or in the rooms next door. The location says at the Tucson Mall it’s actually a few blocks away so not all the crazy Mall traffic but the convenience of shopping and...

'Covenient parking, rooms pretty up to date but looks like reno is underway, yay! Hoping more convenience for phone/laptop charging is coming, as well as, better set-up for microwave/frig. Current floor level cabinet is very awkward to use. Clean rooms, good AC, pretty comfy bed. Good breakfast and coffee.'
