« The staff at reception desk was very rude and not helpful on our arrival . Our room had a canopy over the window so there was sunlight coming through and we were not even able to see outside. Our room was not cleaned or bed made or changed. When I called the front desk I was told that they clean every three. When asked for towels was told to come get it.
