'We stayed at Azzura Green Apartments and unfortunately our experience got off to a terrible start. For the first three nights, our apartment had a significant cockroach infestation. We reported the issue and were moved to another apartment, which we appreciated, but there was no apology for the situation, no acknowledgment of how unpleasant it was, and no compensation for the food that had been contaminated and had to be thrown away. 'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. 'Family cabin was very comfortable and spacious. Some wear inside as expected, but clean. Had ample kitchen utensils, microwave, cook top, full fridge & freezer. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay there again.'
