The spacious two-level villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, a full kitchen, laundry facilities and leafy decks. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed. Each downstairs bedroom has a king bed, a built-in wardrobe and a desk. Guests can enjoy beach access, forest walks and tennis courts. The entire villa is for your group and is not shared with other guests. No pets are permitted. IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO READ BEFORE BOOKING — Villa 23 is a 100% off-grid island property. Couran Cove Resort is currently closed, so resort facilities and services are unavailable and are not included with this booking. There is no public transport to the property and no public transport for getting around the island. There is no parking at the villa. Guests must arrange their own boat or water-taxi transport for arrival and departure. Please organise transport in advance and bring all supplies needed for the stay. Electricity is supplied by the villa’s 10 kW solar system. Power is limited by the available solar supply, so guests must use electricity thoughtfully and switch off lights, air conditioning and appliances when they are not needed. The property uses spear water, gas is used for cooking, and hot water is available. Please make sure these off-grid conditions, transport requirements and the resort closure are suitable for everyone in your group before booking.
