'L7 is always excellent. I chose this hotel because I stayed at their location in Seoul last year and loved it. They provide high quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even face masks to use. They also provided warm towels with lavender oil for guests coming in from the cold, which was a lifesaver. There were also space heaters in the room. The view from my room was incredible and the TV was simple to connect to my phone to watch my own streaming services. I will definitely come...

'Paid for the room through booking and only had to pay about 40 dollars when I would get there. Turned out I had to pay an extra 240 dollars! No coffee in the room, no plug for the bath. Wouldn't go there again.'
