'Qua locatie unieke ligging. Italiaans restaurant had te weinig keuzemogelijkheden. Ik vond voor zo'n groot complex sowieso te weinig restaurants en de bar veel te klein. Airconditioning was niet altijd voldoende aanwezig.'

There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff. On the last night that our guest stayed in the main hotel, the ceiling in her room leaked everywhere due to a burst toilet pipe from the room above.
