« Lovely, clean home in quiet area. Loved the open floor plan and the heated pool when stayed there late March 2026. The house has 2 full bathrooms with low step in showers. There is also a half bathroom off the living room. Good communication prior to our arrival. However, when we arrived, we noticed that the shower head in the master bath was not working. Took 4 days and help from Expedia. The property manager required multiple videos and texts to show that it was broken. It was only when...

« I won’t stay again…The check in process was insane, I had completed the online check in, paid the cleaning fee, the security deposit etc. Waited on site for the code to access the property. Since nobody was responding and it was nearly 4pm, I rang the Ring doorbell to see if I could communicate through that with Vince. When a property says “contactless entry” imagine my surprise as a random guy opens the door! Then he motions me to come in, I’m like what yeah no, I’m good. I went back to my car...

« The unit was very clean and check-in was smooth. However, there were a few things that impacted our comfort. The bed was quite squeaky, and there were no wine glasses or corkscrew available. There were also no USB charging ports or music/speaker system. Overall a clean space, but a few small additions and fixes would really improve the experience. »
