The first room we checked into had dead roaches and live bugs crawling around so we switched out which was an easy process. The second room had no wildlife but was still the same which featured a couch that looked like it should have been on the curb for trash pickup. 'I would like a phone call asap'

'The apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to many downtown attractions and food options. Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags. There was even a Brita water filter in the fridge, so we didn't need to buy water. The instructions on how to get in and get to the apartment could be better. 'The room was clean and as pictured. I did not use the hot tub or pool, or gym for my weekend/stay but they were available. The room I had was the smallest of the rooms but it was great. I love that it was a great location that centered a few of the places we wanted to visit. The staff responded very quickly— even before check in. I had lots of questions and they were always quick to respond.'

'My family and I stayed in our van instead. We booked two rooms and there was bed bugs visible everywhere. Multiple stains on couches and sheets. Bathtubs were literally black from not being cleaned. This was TERRIBLE.'
