'After a full day of walking what a treat the Station House was!
Beautifully decorated room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water, the use of the common room, a informative book about the property and local suggestions as well as a cafe of delicious food.'

'The hotel is in a beautiful and restful setting. The staff could not have been more helpful. The restaurant food was brilliant. We enjoyed seeing the peacocks and other birds in the grounds.'

'The hotel needs air conditioning in all bedrooms as the rooms were too hot.
There were no fridges in the bedrooms to keep water cold etc which was disappointing as we had to ask for glasses of ice to do this.
Staff were exceptional and the spa and swimming pool were really good.
A great location on the edge of Dartmoor with access to some great walks.'

'We had a very pleasent stay at the hotel. When we arrived, they gave us an upgraded room with a beautifull balcony and view at the town and river. The room looked just renovated and had a beautifull design. Good and large bed, clean rooms. The restaurant was very good and personal very friendly.'

'Zeer leuk hotel, proper vriendelijk personeel alles wat je maar wil alleen het ontbijt laat echt te wensen over. Bijna geen keuze, roerei smaakt naar iets dat geen ei is.'
