« We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. « Amazing house for a short weekend away with friends. We came for Easter weekend with a large group of 19 people. We ordered pizzas from the local pizza restaurant under David’s recommendation which made cooking easier and were great pizzas that arrived nice and hot. We did spot a mouse in one of the rooms however but as people who live in the rural countryside ourselves, it’s expected in these types of properties. Et surtout pour les touristes que nous sommes, un fantastique emplacement. Really near Wells & Bath and great opportunities for walking hiking in the Mendip Hills. Especially the cheddar gorge is great and challenging! »

« Had a cracking NY here. Amazing house, you could spend a life time looking at all the furniture, objet d'arts and the history of the house. Grand, perhaps a tad cluttered in the kitchen, but quite and very comfortable beds. Showers are a bit weak, but lovely village and pub 5mins walk from the house. Bet it's super in the summer, with the french doors open on the garden. »
