« Pros: Great location! Close to the gondola where you walk right across the street. Very dog friendly property. Pool was great and workout gym was solid. Cons: Room smelled like there have been quite a few dogs in there. Bed sagged in the middle a little bit. You don’t get the daily room service as if you were a hotel guest. Overall it was a good stay with just a few things that could have been better. »

« We had a lovely stay at the home in June Lake! It was spacious, clean, comfy, and had all the amenities! We lucked out with lots of snow. The town is a very short walk and the view of the lake is beautiful! Awesome retreat! »

« My son and I stayed at this rental. Everything was clean and updated and just as it appears in the pictures the host sent very clear and detailed instructions on check in and check out and we enjoyed our stay. »

« Great home base to explore the Mammoth area! I enjoyed my stay because the condo is comfortable and close to the supermarket, to restaurants and to businesses. The host, Julie, is a great communicator and kept me informed and the condo was in excellent condition and I felt very comfortable. I also enjoyed the nice memory foam mattress (at least I think that's what it is). »

« We really enjoyed staying here! Thank you! It was very easy to access places in town and it was a clean, comfortable place for the two of us. Our host made it easy to check-in, and communicated with us when there was an unexpected SoCal Edison power outage, letting us know what was going on. The kitchen had what we needed for making our meals as we had not planned on baking. We would definitely stay in this lovely place again. »

« Everything was fantastic »

« Place is nice and looks just like the pictures. All three beds were hard as rocks, ply wood would have been better. If you are a light sleeper road noise was constant from the master bedroom because it is closest to the busy road. There was some type of noise that was constantly going at night. We ended up leaving a day early to get better sleep. »

« The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell. »
