"Wonderful stay, highly recommended! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were professional, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. The room was clean, and very comfortable. The hotel’s location is ideal, close to public transportation yet quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of fresh options. We especially appreciated the excellent service and attention to detail. Every request was handled quickly and with care. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."

"The rooms are a bit tired and in need of renovations. It was also cold from the outside so poorly insulated. Otherwise ok. "

"Wonderful hotel, but as other reviewers said made to feel like a criminal for having a small tattoo at the spa. The irony is that my tattoo is Hawaiian and this is supposed to be a resort honoring Hawaiian culture. I followed instructions and covered it up, but I was only allowed to use the onsen at night (exceptionally) when all guests had left - I wasn’t allowed to use it the day after despite having paid full price for spa use."

Il faut vraiment repérer ou prendre la navette et où elle arrive à l’aéroport car en arrivant à l’aéroport pour aller à l’hôtel, nous avons dû prendre un taxi, car nous n’avons jamais trouvé la navette."

"Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare. Accueil très sympa , efficace et rapide. Chambre confortable et plutôt grande pour le Japon. Navette gratuite jusqu'à l'aéroport d'Haneda. Une très bonne adresse à recommander pour une nuit avant le vol de retour. "
