Welcome to “The Three Little Bears”, located in picturesque Wears Valley just minutes from all the attractions and dining Pigeon Forge has to offer! This newly constructed cabin with its beautiful mountain views, indoor pool, and movie room is sure to be the home away from home you can’t wait to come back to year after year!

The main level features an open floor plan with the living area, dining room, kitchen, and one king-size bedroom and one queen size bedroom with attached bathrooms. Welcoming you into the cabin is the living area with comfortable leather furnishings (including a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements). Let the warm glow of the gas fireplace relax you while you catch up with your loved ones. Step into the fully equipped kitchen complete with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space and all the cookware and tableware you need to create your very own culinary masterpiece! The dining table offers seating for 10 with additional seating for 4 at the bar so you have plenty of room for everyone to gather around and enjoy!
The first bedroom on this level features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen HDTV and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, a large flat-screen HDTV and access to the jack-n-jill bathroom with shower/tub, connected to the hallway.
Step outside onto the spacious deck with gas grill and ample seating and enjoy the amazing mountain views!

Upstairs you will find your open loft game room and two king-size bedrooms. Play a game of pool while overlooking the beautiful mountain view or get some much-needed rest in one of the two upstairs bedrooms. Then retire to either of the 2 bedrooms located on this level, each offering a king-size bed and a large flat-screen HDTV. One bedroom offers a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity, while the other bedroom offers a jack-n-jill bathroom (tub/shower) connected to the game area.

The lower level of the cabin has a movie room, a sleeping area with two sets of triple bunk beds, a hall bath, a private indoor pool, and a spacious deck with a hot tub. Pop some popcorn and settle in on the leather wrap around sofa and watch your favorite movie on the large screen tv! The sleeping area with two sets of triple bunk beds is just perfect for the kids to feel like they have their very own space! Make memories splashing in the private indoor pool or relax by the fire while the kids splash away! Step outside and let your worries bubble away in the hot tub or enjoy that morning cup of coffee swinging on the porch swing!

Excellent Cabin

We loved it. Pool was great. Hot tub was great. View was great. Beds were very comfortable. The owners were so awesome. Only complaint, and it's a small one is the top bedrooms were a little warm.

No concern shown for gun found at cabin

While staying at the cabin, the last night we were checking drawers as we packed up in the bedrooms and found a gun in nightstand by one of the beds. I called the after hours emergency line and they said they’d try to have someone call me back to have it removed. I never got a call back and called to check out the next morning and as I told the lady on the phone she had no idea about it. She was very sorry what happened and said she’d relay the info and have someone call me back. 2 and a half hours or so later a manager, Erin, calls me and just says “I was told I was supposed to call you” when I ask if she had been relayed the info on why she said no. I told her I’d have to call her back because I didn’t want to discuss the situation with my young kids in the car. I called her back a little later and as I told her the situation and how I was extremely unhappy both that it was even in the house and not discovered by the cleaning crew and also that they had no urgency to call me back just to communicate any information. She went on to say the police needed to remove the gun and that had been relayed to the police but as I mentioned to her, none of that was communicated to me and it would have been nice to have some urgency with the situation. We had a number of young kids in the house and I was nervous the rest of the time there with it in the house. The manager that I talked to really didn’t even seem to care that it happened and seemed so nonchalant about the whole thing as no big deal. Terribly disappointed as it just put a huge damper on the whole trip. I understand some things happen and even things like this but had they been handled properly this review would be different. I’ll never book with this management group again! There were a few other things like the hot tub had the hose stuck in it and running and overflowing when we got there and both of the coffee makers were broken. Those seemed to be small things I wouldn’t even have mentioned had it not been for the bigger issue here.

Pictures does not show how small the cabin is

We were a group of 6 adults and 4 kids. However felt that the cabin was very small for the price they charge. Similar or better cabins have been rented by us at half the price. Also nothing exclusive about the cabin. None of the TVs remotes were provided except for the XFinity remotes, hence we couldn’t do any YouTube/Netflix etc. Also internet signal is very week / non existent in the bottom floor specially around pool or bunk beds so couldn’t really operate from there for longer time periods

Because of a pool heater issue we were unable to use the pool for 1 1/2 days. Otherwise we had a wonderful time. The view is amazing. Our family really enjoyed it.
