From the amazing scent whenever you walk into reception to them greeting you with essential oil infused and a refreshing drink the experience was 10/10. This area felt super safe to travel in and the locals were so welcoming. Food at the resort and outside of the resort was amazing. . Highly recommend this resort and area for your next vacation.'

'Though the balcony provides you with a beautiful view, it is a very excluded property where you must drive uphill towards (especially difficult at night). Convenient as it was right across from mistico hanging bridges, but still a drive away to other attractions in la fortuna. The rooms had quite a bit of insects (mostly lizards and ants), and if you wanted to talk to the reception you had to walk there as there were no phones in the room.
