« The McKenzie Mtn View cabin is a great place from which to enjoy the central Adirondacks. The cabin is in the hamlet of Bloomingdale so you're away from the tourist throngs in Lake George or Lake Placid but still very close to hiking and biking trails and ponds and lakes for boating and fishing. We especially enjoyed riding our bikes on the new Adirondack Rail Trail, one of the prettiest trails we've ever ridden. We also enjoyed walking our dog on Moose Pond Road and letting him swim in the pond...

« Enjoyed hiking Castle Rock and Sawyer Mt trails nearby. Visited the Adirondack Experience history Museum on a rainy afternoon. If you enjoy the outdoor it’s a great retreat! We brought plenty of food and enjoyed the charcoal grill every night. Very private and relaxing! Very much enjoyed our stay here! »

« We stayed for the Malone hockey showcase. House was fantastic and close to many activities. It was about a ten minute commute to the Malone Civic Center. Hosts are knowledgeable about the area and offeres assistance if we needed it. It is a centralized location for those interested in visiting colleges in the area as well. »
