« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

« Was welcomed right when we got there. The room was spectacular! Large, clean, bed was super comfortable, bathroom was nice. We liked it so much, we stayed there again on our way back home and scheduled a weekend at Christmas. Who wouldn't want to spend Christmas in Bedford Falls, I mean Seneca Falls!!! »
