  • The Gravenstein Getaway is a perfect place for spending a long weekend with family and friends. This property has been in our family for over 50 years. Built in 1943, this newly renovated house sits on a private fenced acre surrounded by fruit trees. It’s within walking distance to town, a short drive to the beautiful vineyards of Sonoma County or the stunning beaches of Bodega Bay. This fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath house comes with a fully equipped kitchen with everything you’ll need to make your stay enjoyable.

    You can relax on the spacious deck and outdoor dine on the patio table. There's a BBQ for anytime you have the desire to grill. For those trips to the beach, there's an outdoor shower to rinse off a fun day in the sand. A basketball hoop and balls are also on the property for shooting some hoops.

We could not have asked for a better stay. Great place, clean, well stocked and quiet at night. Location is also perfect and close to many good restaurants and eateries. Our host made sure we knew how everything worked and gave us tips on where to go to eat, drink or just relax.We will definitely come back.

The home and host were exceptional — I would absolutely recommend this stay. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The best of west county

This is our second time to stay at Gravenstein Getaway and love it as much or even more than first time. Lisa is a great hostess. She has decorated and stocked the home with anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. The home is located in a great area for easy access to downtown, beach, wineries, and great restaurants. Hate our month stay has come to an end but we will be back.

Sebastopol stay

We stayed for five nights, very quiet and private location, easy walking access to the town of Sebastopol. The house was spotless, beautiful deck and kitchen renovation, everything we could ask for! Lisa was very friendly, gave us a few tips for places to visit in the area, a text of phone call away and responded immediately! All in all an exceptional visit, would be happy to visit again!

Great place to stay

House is just lovely! It is clean, well stocked for a VRBO, has a great front deck to relax and is close to everything. You can tell the owners treat this house as their house and not just a rental. I would highly recommend booking this house, it was our 2nd time staying there already and I know there will be a 3rd time!

Wonderful Spot

This is a perfect home base from which to explore Sebastopol and the surrounding area. The house is meticulously maintained and thoughtfully outfitted. Lisa is a responsive host who has thought of everything to make your stay stress free and comfortable. The town is quite charming and is filled with quality eateries and other attractions.
