'The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious, which I liked. However, the room had such a musty damp odor in it. the rug appeared to be most or wet. Once I would step onto the marble or tiled flooring; it would be slippery. The breakfast was mediocre; needs more variety. The breakfast menu should take into consideration certain allergies, or possible digestive issues (e.g., IBS, gluten issues etc). The eggs that were cooked, it either had cheese, or peppers in them; two foods that...

'It was fine. The room was clean enough. You could hear some neighbors, but that is normal. Most of the workout equipment in the gym was broken, so that was a bummer. The breakfast was good and staff was super kind.'

'The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed.'

'We stayed for 4 days and 4 night. The whole time we asked for the trash and fresh towels daily. And not once did housekeeping pick up our trash. And the only young black man that worked nights was any help. He was always polite and he would give us fresh towels. Other than trash not being picked up or not getting fresh towels. That was okay.'

'Had a girls weekend trip and our stay was wonderful. Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Breakfast was scrumptious. Very quiet area. The room was bigger than we expected which was nice. Coffee maker in room and if you need more coffee pods just ask. We will definitely stay again.'
