« Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast was misleading. It was coffee and a crossiant. Real breakfast was $22 a person. »

« We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel. »

« What was good. Towels, fast elevators, noise and light control, hot water. Water pressure would be a 7 out of 10. What wasn't good: A/C. I had to move rooms after the first night bc the air would not blow cold enough and the nose coming from the fan was annoying. Engineer said some rooms have that noise and others don't so beware. The new room had a very slow draining sink which the mgr offered to fix but I was checking out so... $32 a night for valet. Very limited street parking. Either pay...

« If you are staying in Frisco this hotel is a great choice. Clean safe convenient. Room was spotless. Has a Starbucks in lobby. Breakfast included was nothing spectacular but more than adequate, Service outstanding. Only caveat, parking. Limited self park option I valeted for extra 33.00 dollars a day, Will stay here again »

« Hôtel très bien situé, quasiment tout inclus (internet, bon petit déjeuner, collation le soir en semaine), avec un gros Target très peu cher à proximité. Seul vrai bémol, la climatisation de la chambre était peu agréable à utiliser, étant plutôt bruyante. Mais toutes les chambres n'ont pas ce défaut. »

« Half way thru the air kept going off and i would wake up sweating having to turn the ac way down to get it to kick back on & then our tv kept goin off it would turn back on but then right back off and wouldnt stay on. The phone in the room didn’t work. We called the front desk to let them know and they just said the maintenance man to get there at 10.. it was 7:30 at this time .. »
