'We’ve had a lovely stay at our three house home for 4 nights. The service was really great and we felt so welcome from the moment we’ve arrived with first of all a tour around the hotel and our appartment, our host gave us some great advice on good restaurants, walks and other things to know to have the best time in Madeira. We stayed in touch for all our needs via Whatsapp which was super convenient. We will defenitely return! P.S the friday pinchos on the hotel rooftrop where sooo delicious,...

'One of the best experiences we have had traveling! Every detail was perfect and the staff were friendly, attentive and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about the Reserve- bests Ritz, St Regis and Four Seasons for customer service:-)'

'Heel vriendelijk personeels.

'We had a wonderful stay.'

'The hotel is very charming, and the surrounding gardens are beautiful and spacious. Big swimming-pool and lots of space to relax. The city-centre is easily reachable by short Uber-ride (they also have a free transfer at the hotel). The quinta itself is stunning and has many historic features. Our room was big and the bed was comfortable, the bathroom had a decent size. However the room was slightly musty and felt a little overused - nothing to worry though. 'Mooie accomodatie dichtbij centrum Funchal. Lekker ontbijt.

'A historic place with the level of service you expect on a place like this. We love to come back for our next special occasion. If you are not exceptional rich it makes a huge dent in your holiday budget. '

'Schoon hotel. Leuk personeel. Goed ontbijt. '

'We booked a deluxe room, and we got a normal room. The staff was aware of the mistake, but refused to refund the difference. They said I had to address the management. The management finally did not do anything. And that happened at that place two times!'

'Top hotel. Alles schoon.
