« A superbly designed living space. The kitchen was a delight to use. The outdoor patios were expansive and convenient. Returning from the beach was a breeze with the outdoor shower with hot water. The enclosed backyard was excellent for a little toddler running around. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The furnishing had taste and function. »

« The house location is perfect, it is close to downtown and the boardwalk. It will be even better when the closed for reconstruction road will be open and a neighbor's house renovating will be finished. Unfortunately, the Mexican construction workers turned their radio very loudly during the day time and did not respect the neiborhood quitness and dignity. Also, the house is more for pet owners. Probably, the outdated living room furniture stays there for that reason. »

« One of our favorite stays in Santa Cruz area!! Lynn is a fabulous host and has created an idyllic cottage - it was better than the photos
 everything is new and lovely. It is very quiet and set back from the road. My adult kids (and their dog) joined us to attend UCSCz graduation ceremonies for our younger son. « We came to Capitola for my mom’s 80th birthday and to see family that lives locally. This quaint cottage is conveniently located a half block off the main street and a couple blocks from the beach. In spite of the proximity to the commercial center, the cottage was very quiet. The dedicated parking was definitely a plus in this neighborhood!
